Our brand development process begins with capturing the restaurant’s story. The initial idea being that the customers can indulge in all famous Mandalay dishes on a plate at the Unique Mandalay Brasserie. The logomark contains the famous Mandalay landmark on a plate motif, displaying the theme: “Mandalay on a Platter”.
